Helping at Stalls (1-2 times a year): enjoy various fantastic events with us while talking to the public about the benefits of vegetarianism, promoting our projects, and signing up new members

Magazine Mailout (4 times a year): join us in our Epsom office and help our members receive their magazines on time

Article contributions to the magazine: we always welcome cafe/restaurant reviews, recipes, articles on nutrition/travel/etc.
